The State Bar of California Board of Trustees have voted to move forward with a proposal from the California Task Force on Access Through Innovation of Legal Services that would allow a “sandbox.” “Sandbox” programs allow for companies and organizations to provide legal services in ways that might not be permissible under the current regulatory scheme.
